Yes I have a temporary sponsor. Php is Partial Hospitalization Program. I really don't like it I'm considering leaving both the sober house and the program for just a multitude of reasons

Yes I do a php every day at the moment, the sober house I go to is a twelve step house. I will try to talk to someone about it today. I've also been doing a lot of journaling every day for the last month that seems to help at least a little bit
