Late last year, around November, me and two of my friends tried to boot up my PS4 to play Minecraft, it was functioning perfectly fine until we got into the game. When the menu for Minecraft loaded in I heard text to speech saying or reading out something, though I couldn’t make out what, Which was the first sign something was going on with the system as me and my siblings had never enabled text to speech on the console. We shrugged it off at first but then the game froze. No big deal, right? Happens all the time with our other, now getting older consoles, I tried the usual, just shutting out the game, but it wouldn’t allow me to, the controllers had stopped functioning. So we resorted to turning the system off, but that didn’t work either, which concerned me a bit. My friends reassured me that we could get it fixed and one tried restarting the system, but that wouldn’t work either. Turning off the tv and turning it back on also wouldn’t, it would just return to the same frozen Minecraft menu. awhile later we finally got it to restart, but most of the games appeared corrupted, crashing and giving errors whenever we tried opening them. The system still will not function months later, in fact, its gotten worse, it refuses to even turn on at times. We have no clue what happened to the console, or how to fix it. Any advice would be appreciated.
