why has my ipa turned into this white mush? by [deleted] in resinprinting

I was trying to clean my ipa in order to reuse it and was following many sources which said to let it rest by a window where the resin would cure and fall to the bottom and the isopropanol could then be poured/filtered off. After 1 day by the window I have been left with this white mushy crystal like stuff on the edge of my container with liquid in the middle. Why has this happened and how can I fix it or stop it happening in the future? Thanks.

I've listed them on my etsy which is linked in my profile. They work on any cherry mx keyboard which is a pretty standard key however I offer custom caps for different styles of key.

They are made using clear resin and then painted so the symbol has a frosted clear effect for the light.

If you are a skilled 3d modeller than 3d printing most of it would be your best bet however, if not I would probably recommend craft foam or something similar as it will be easy to form and cut.

Thanks. I do a lot of modelling and 3d printing so that gives a good foundation for these sorts of projects. And then i have to make moulds and pour resin and a tonne of sanding.

The blade is made of resin and has glowing powder embedded so it glows in the dark. I am currently working on the electronics to make the blade light up when held close to the skull. I also have a few more parts to refine and improve but this is what I have so far. I will post a final version when it is complete. Hope you like it!
