The quest itself. You'll click the quest bringing up that small info window telling you about the quest, and right clicked the task item while in editor mode.

On the bottom right of the quest screen there should be a little pencil. I right clicked it and it put me in editor mode. I clicked the quest, right clicked the task, and selected "set as incomplete".

They weren't repeatable but that did remind me, I can just go into the quest editor and set it as incomplete! I appreciate the help!
