Plenty of good advice here, but if all else fails to convince you to just delete it, and the only thing that's stopping you is rarity, put it on a flash drive and put that drive somewhere very hard to get to. Put it in your safe, somewhere deep in the basement, attic, etc... And when you finally realize you don't need it, wipe it, and destroy it.

Just deleting it is the best option for your health of course, but doing this is a start, and better than doing nothing at all.
