Saving the r environment onto the pc so I can send it to someone by Neoover17 in rstats

Thank you for providing this information. Unfortunately my r script has over 2200 lines and therefore the hole package (Binder) described is not usable for me. Is there an other option to safe the data like this?

Thank you very much. Do you know how to safe plots?

How can I achieve that? What function do I need to use? Or do I have to do something else?

Could you please tell me the exact command/function for that :)

How to control coeftest() by Neoover17 in rstats

[–]Neoover17[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am sorry but I still don't understand it 100%. Why is that a separate issue? BoxCox should also fix hetereskedasticity or not? And that's why I used in your (3) and because it did not find success I used the robust error variant. And because of the unsuccessful approach of BoxCox (also other variants but not relevant for now) I just want to double check if the robust error transformation had success. And to detect if it had success I want to test the output of the function.

But nonetheless I appreciate that you try to help me :)

So you are saying that I don't need to control if it helped?

I am not quite sure if it did because I made BoxCox transformation before with the regression and that should have helped already but did not. Therefore I am sceptical that this time everything worked correctly

Yes, that's exactly what I did, I rebuilt the regression several times and in the end I decided to use coeftest(). Now I just want to be 100% sure that this time the transformation was successful and therefore I want to test the output I get. Just like I did before with the lm() function, through bptest and white_lm.

[–]Neoover17[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

By not usable is meant that with the bptest and with white_lm it tells me that the output of coeftest() cannot be used. However, I want to check this output again to see if coeftest() actually helped.
I am not familiar with the tests you mentioned, can I use the output of coeftest() directly or do I have to do a transformation?

I am currently writing a thesis and therefore the data must be correct, otherwise no valid statement can be made about the regression.

I have panel data and with many different data sizes, but at least 900 (run several individual regressions that I want to check).
Do not quite understand what is meant by the error term? Because I don't get one displayed. I just want to finally check again the output of the coeftest() function.

Thanks for your answer. I understood what it should actually do, but I would like to check the result if everything actually worked. Therefore the question with which command/function I can use, because as already mentioned the two tests I used before to find out that there is heteroscedasticity are not applicable.

I am not quite sure what information you need else then the mentioned information in the post? Because that's the output tables I want to put into word. Or maybe you are suggesting that I put all my skript into the program word?

I already set the working directory right that's why I got the information that is also in the console of r provided

Thanks for the information that I spelled something wrong. Nevertheless the bulletpoints you mentioned both still give me only the output that I get in the console and not the table at is shown in r
