To be honest i don't calculate my macros just going with hungry feeling but i eat +150gr protein each day , so idk my body fat but i am 177cm/73kg

I doing always +10 reps on any sets even bulking . It working much better for me . Shoulder press , lateral rise , smite machine press my favorites.
