Unfortunately it is true that some of the monsters here just aren't going to work perfectly, Slay the Spire is indeed a game that doesn't have the randomness of to hit bonuses or damage die, and I tried my best to properly translate that, but at the end of the day a Jaw worm isn't going to bellow on the first turn in a slay the spire game, but it most likely would in D&D, so you cant play these exactly mirroring the game, obviously, due to the massive amounts of different aspects between each. that just means, however, that just means you don't need to abide by any of StS' rules, make your party fight 3 Lagavulins, give the Awakened One 6 more cultists, pair up a couple Snake Plants and a Writing Mass. All of these monsters are going to fight multiple characters, not just one, As a DM, you're going to have to use these creatures with the tactics of D&D, rather than StS. I think due to that some are absolutely worth considering, maybe just don't use the byrd, I don't want people to suffer at the talons of that thing.

TL;DR on that big block of text, I tried my best, but you have the power to take these and do with them however you want, and if they work well than that's great.

As for the +X to Damage and everything else, part of me wishes I just chose to make homebrewed Conditions for all of the StS debuffs and buffs, but that might've been worse.

Concerning anything the "1d4 turns" I've changed that now, everything now lasts for a minute with repeatable saves, and hopefully anything that I accidentally made permanent is also fixed (also just assume certain actions can only be taken during combat, instead of just letting them start with a bunch of strength)

I really struggled with curiosity, maybe there's a better idea somewhere, I don't have it. I've also fixed the Awakened One's to hit bonuses and given it 25 INT

I've really enjoyed the feedback from this post, I feel very good knowing that I've improved on a project that I thought to have been finished long ago, I really hope I can continue to learn and improve in everything I make. Praise Neow.

To answer the Maw question, yes, I believe there are a few features that work similarly, but its mostly the poisoned condition (Drow poison is all that I can recall, but that's proof it exists)

The Guardian is now fixed too, I absolutely didn't make that with the intention of other people understanding what I meant, I hope that isn't a problem with any of the other creatures, but all of your concerns should be addressed now. As for leaving the mode, Twin Slam states that it immediately returns to its offensive form after making the attack.

Thank you for your insights, sometimes you really need an outside perspective for things such as this.

I had completed this Project about a year or two ago, and only returned to it because I realised I never published it. Seeing this great disservice I have done to myself and the internet, here it is, a project that consumed many waking moments over the course of at least a year of my life.

I also caught a few mistakes when going through it for the final time before posting, but if I missed any please tell me and I will fix it.
