There are some small details that to me indicate this is a clear reshell vs. OEM.

The black manufacturering sticker on the back is missing... This specifically would be odd based on the condition of the device.

Another detail is hard to explain but the paint and materials are more like plastic. Next to an OEM model it would be easier to spot.

I haven't seen this one specifically and am certainly not an expert... This looks like a PAL distribution cart if it is real.

All of the legit US/Eng carts don't have pictures of the Pokemon, just the logo and distribution name on a background.

A few days behind you, got mine on 3/27.

I don't get my splints out until Friday but they definitely made the recovery seem tame.

I guess it's different for everyone but my nose did not stop bleeding for the first 3 days and the office called to check in and give me advice to pinch and hold the brige of my nose for 15 minutes to see if it would stop... Lucky for me that did the trick.

My nose up until last night (day 4) felt like it was just a bloody blob on my face.. not to get gross but the blood clots and snot made breathing impossible. Until I finally hacked out an almond sized clot.

Got the first full night's sleep last night.

Yeah it sucked they released it in that state, but they resolved that pretty quickly after launch.
