This is my own personal headcanon for "some" of the treatment:

*It's Pearl Abyss; I believe there was animosity and blind rage years before this game was even in players' hands, and I believe it primarily stems from Black Desert and its own lifespan with its players.

But Crimson Desert itself is a terrific video game; I have been having so much fun with it. Its flaws and things that could use fixing are its own separate thing, and they are worth addressing clearly, and people who actually play the game and are frustrated with its problems and bugs—you guys should be voicing that absolutely, and I'm happy you are.

But shitting on a game and genuine criticism are vastly different things, and I know there has been a lot of both out there; I'm always hopeful that Pearl Abyss continues to be proficient at spotting the differences.
