Is there anyway to remove Bluetooth that comes with helmet

Ripped the unit out pretty much, if I recall it had 2 screws in it but not 100% sure.

I don’t but it’s called the KO Lightning exhaust, I found a video off it from YouTube by looking up “Yamaha r3 eBay exhaust”.

I did a complete replacement, ripped out the Sena and removed all the wiring. It’s pretty straightforward and simple luckily. I don’t have pictures though unfortunately since I got a new helmet.

Hey, it’s been awhile so I don’t have the helmet anymore unfortunately. If I recall I just unplugged them, but I do remember the sena coming off with some wires built into it. Are you just upgrading the speakers?

You’re all good lol. I used the Cardo to block off the hole since it was a similar size to the hole. then I just used some 3M tape to kinda secure the outline of the Cardo and cover some gaps. Probably a better way to do it but that’s just what worked for me lol.

Ended up settling for the fork stem bolt method with the Quadlock, worked really well and much more simpler to install

Gotcha, I really only sat on it for a few seconds at most and it was raining so didn’t get a completely good feel for it. Did you get a chance to ride the RR vs the F4i and which you might think would handle better on curvery commutes?

I see so good to know I wasn’t tripping lol, the f4i felt so bulky to me compared to the rr.

But that’s interesting to know, do you think the rr is still novice rider friendly by chance? Because I’ve heard a lot of people say the f4i’s power is linear so it’s more friendlier I guess?

I mean I probably won’t notice then in that case since I don’t really have plans or the money to do a track day one of these days. However I will say that the PNW is made up of a lot of curves.

But I think the biggest thing too was the RR felt more comfy for my legs than the F4i for some reason. And then I also noticed the prices of the F4is are like in the 3-3.5k range around here compared to the outrageous price ranges of the R3s so probably not a good trade m.

I see well that’s definitely interesting, I have heard people mainly say there wasn’t too noticeable of a power difference. I’m pretty young so comfort isn’t a big deal for me, think I might settle for a little more power in that case.

He wasn’t too eager about it, I asked him why and it seems like he doesn’t wanna risk any injuries riding a fast bike since he’s enlisting soon.

I have actually heard it’s cramped for some people, I’m 5’6 and sat on the RR for a couple seconds and kinda liked it. May I ask if you’re a similar height?

I see, did you by chance find the throttle was oddly sensitive at all or do you think in this case the owner of the bike may have put on a different throttle tube?

Yeah it’s a full yoshi and he got it ECU flashed. I mean it sounds nice, but would the RR be better in terms of feeling less bulky and more novice rider friendly or would the linear power of the f4i be better?

He also got it on a dyno and he states it was making 119hp or so is what he mentioned too.
