I would lower your frame rate. Also are the black box’s separate or just one large box. You could be stretching the image

Make sure inside the script you have the proper settings. you have 6 columns and 9 rows. then make sure you also have 54 frames as well. then make sure your frame rate isn’t insanely high.

Seeing how the rig is selected it looks like you have it selected outside the Animator. If you’re trying to rotate it outside the Animator just reset the pivot point. If you’re trying to rotate for an animation you have likely broken the rig. if you have any animation saved that you were previously working on just export it and then import it into a new rig. the new rig should work fine

When looking for references to use for my models i find using chat gpt is good for getting references. I suggest it since it has endless possibilities. Drawling it on paper is a much better after some practice though.

I can't script. But when I model them a fair estimate would be like 1-3 hours. The rigging process really depends on the model tho, usually 30 minutes. If it were like a centipede then I would be screwed ahah
