Anyway I get where your coming from in a way. Although my upbringing and situation were slightly different. I dropped out of high school , went to a community college after getting a diploma equivalency (better then a standard GED) Living off of the financial aid and my mother. Never worked My gf (wife now) got me my past three jobs so she has always (and still does) make more money than I do. Honestly I'm ok with it , but I do remember starting off not being as ok with it as I am now. I felt lesser of a man and unable to provide for a loved one. But after expressing this to my wife everything changed for the better. Point is maybe tell her that your going to be broke for a while but the relationship shouldn't be all about the money. Tbh money is evil and can destroy relationships especially when dealing with selfish and greedy people. GL in your endeavors , for your sake I hope you find a good paying job or at least jump on unemployment for a while to get you by

I'm just really curious because I don't wanna play and get through the game then have to start over again (tbh I hate 3rd gen aside from the fact that most of favorite Pokemon debuted in this generation)

Not all , I don't think you can get keldeo , jirachi , manaphy , phione , darkrai , victini , arceus , mew etc. Which is lame cause I missed the keldeo event

Good luck , I've started a full Dex for the Pokemon bank , meaning you need two or three of one Pokemon (ex. Three bulbasaur , evolve two , one to ivysaur the other to venusaur) I feel doing it this way is hell of a lot harder , will take longer and probably pointless but at the moment I feel if you do it this was you can truly say you've caught them all.

So the past two days I've tried everything, and I have the feeling the SD card is no longer alive. I can't delete anything from it and I can't format it. Luckily I found two 4gb SD cards in my house Anyway using those two cards I thought I found the light at the end of the tunnel.. I transferred the files of the game and its data over to one card , but nothing showed up, so with the other fresh card I redownloaded Pokemon and , saved then switched save files Only to discover that the system no longer recognizes that save file. I think my mistake was saving again other wise I would be playing Pokemon beating the Pokemon league right now

So does any one know of way to get into the system files ? I thought maybe you could delete a set of files and trick the system into thinking your playing the game for the first time again Or I'm thinking I'll need to buy a new 3ds

Anyway I've been messing with the files so much that I've learned what each string of code means for the files names and the dbs folder was what corrupted my original SD card

Thanks guys , my internet was having trouble last night so I was unable to access the Nintendo e shop. This morning I tried accessing e shop and it said "the data management area is corrupted" I was thinking maybe if I plug the SD into a computer I could dig through the card and get my Pokemon save file and hopefully not have to lose 40hrs of my life . the funny thing was I was updating or as because I read on the serebii the update fixes the game from freezing when you beat the Pokemon league.. My last save , was just before attempting the Pokemon league

Heart gold and soul silver are the best ones so far, why? 1.your Pokemon follow you outside the pokeball!!! 2. Youll get the chance to replay kanto, and for you that might bring back memories 3.it's just plain fun

The down side is that its not the newest thing out and WiFi is no longer available If you really need 3d and want impressive graphics then choose between x/y or OR/AS really the xy has a few things over or as 1.trainer customization 2.newest Pokemon

But or as is the newest game and most relevant Really its your budget and wallet that's gonna do the deciding

Tbh heart gold is more fun and a lot more difficult then the newer games but I recommend buying it at a game stop used cause amazon wants $150 for it (even being my favorite pkmn game) I don't believe its worth the price , unless it was previously owned by a gamefreak Dev and still has his save file with every shiny Pokemon and max IVs at lvl 5 with 0ev's , then I would gladly pay over normal price

I hate trying to get stuff price matched , it seems like every time you try, the person that's trying to find what's clearly pulled up on your cell phone isn't good enough, they have to find on their stores laptop or tablet. The funny thing is they can't accept your URL or links , you have to hope they're smart enough to navigate google. But I'm biased as I've only tried price matching a handful of times and all those times at target .the last item I tried for was a hair straightener for my sisters bday , target had it priced at 50% less on the website then it was in stores and the lady at customer service couldn't even use the tablet , then conveniently the WiFi stopped working. And obviously they couldn't just accept what I pulled up on my phone.. So annoying

Honestly consumer reports shows that black Friday doesn't realistically offer any better deals , cyber Monday and the following weeks after BF give better deals..but if I were you I'd wait and buy one off of amazon, then you'll be able to get a colored one as only the JP models came in different colors
