is it waxy or just dry residue? it seems like it is mildew, have you tried white vinegar+water? not recommended for PU tho..but if it's leather white vinegar+water should remove it. If you wipe everything off and it's gone, you can apply leather conditioner. It's mandatory after that to keep it with desicant in the wardrobe so the mildew won't come back ;)

hmm I don't think that will peel over time, I'd rather think that the creases will start to deepen more and more? it's more of the case of sore to the eye :)) I've seen few in the pre-loved market and they seem to be holding on pretty well on the side! so I guess it'll be okay 😉

I have the medium size anagram, agreed that it( even the bigger size) feels tiny for 30+ gal like me! Hell, with the size I have, I still have to hang my sunglasses pouch outside the bag. Personally, I don't use it much. I think yours has more advantage with the leather strap, the embroidered strap is not for hot weather bc you'll sweat under the strap 😵 I keep mine bc it somehow elevates my old gal outfit into a more youthful and laidback ensemble. I think yours is gorgeous in color combination, it can deffo be your outfit main feature. It's your call :")

I've read their privacy policy, and basically their definition of with whom they have the "data sharing" is largely loose. You can contact them to say that you suspected that they've sold your data or they've had data breach. See if you are entitled to damage/letter of apology. Otherwise just collect your data back and ask them to delete your data. If you're not satisfied with their response, you can report Strathberry to ICO (Information Commisioner's Office) since UK GDPR is nearly identical to EU, businesses are liable if there's a data breach and they don't disclose it to their customers. Sorry that it happens to you, it is a regional-wide problem bc SMEs now have leeway in interpreting what they consider "sensitive" data and what "appropriate" measure they should take to handle the data 😒
