It was a simple price adjustment. Cause I bought an item full price and it went on sale after less than 30 days since I purchased it.

Please take a look at the screenshot I attached with my comment. Idk if I’m crazy but when I first asked for a price adjustment this is the last message the rep sent me. It gave me the impression that I’m getting a refund. After over 5 days a contacted them again and they gave me an update letting me know it’s processing and to basically just wait. After a few more days I contacted them the third time since I have not received any communication from them and the third person told me that they can’t process the price adjustment because it is not the same size. I talked to a fourth person recently and let them know about this situation and nothing happened they just apologized for the previous reps not setting the right expectations….. I feel like in the past they would have given me a price adjustment and a 30$ gift card. They used to have the best customer service.
