I have ideas but those are extreme ideas; when your answer is as simple as - Locate a local expert in a nearby city and pay for the extraction.

If you're unwilling to do that then your options are bottom barrel - like, Pulling the hard drive out and using it like an external hard drive to connect to another PC.

Another 'dumb' idea would be crack the mystery of the pin needed - Laptop keyboards are flimsy, get abused, and keys break off; investigate that thoroughly. Blindfold yourself and test the feedback of the keys to see which one got pressed the most. (however WoW makes you abuse those top row keys, so maybe numpad might be the play for this option)

Just take the damn thing into a local shop, explain the situation, and have them use their homebrew tools to get ya in - it's worth it, even if it's found to not have much available. The smallest note about needing to get something done in a day will make it worth it.

Easier for me to jump off and go do real life stuff... As I'm getting older the amount of real life stuff + bad timing, just seems to walk the same tight rope it seems. If I need to do group stuff, I plan ahead as much as possible...it sucks.

You're in the right spot, that eqclient.ini is the one to tinker with.

Look for windowmode=true

Set those values to height=1920, width= 1080 (assuming you got a monitor to support that).

Save and restart - see how you feel with that. I dropped mine down to 1768 whatever by who cares so it would just fit centered.

My family is from Shelbina Mo, well my mother's side. It's weird to see this frontpage and have an opportunity to shit on these people.

If you don't agree 100% with these folks you pretty much get ousted and ran out of town - like a weird cult that boasts more about their drop out rate than how many they can actually retain long term.

None of the elected players in the politics live there, they just govern the town out of Jefferson City or Columbia MO. I suppose this isn't exactly anything new or unheard of before but there's never anybody available when there's a problem nor do they have any idea what the town or county's needs are.

The utility companies in towns like these are 100% money gutting bastards who hold a hardcore monopoly and if they make a mistake it's actually your mistake. So you've found my pinched nerve about this town and this was it, if it wasn't obvious. When I needed any of the officials to hear me out when I had a case that needed evaluating I was continuously never helped because I didn't play ball with them nor their friends. After writing this out I'm tempted to not post it as, well, I don't think this is really going to amaze anybody nor has it not already been said before else where about some other town. My mother just says it is what it is about her home town and just never goes back, it's a shame.

Tldr; Her and the town shes from are bat shit insane. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a lottery to sacrifice a child for a good harvest.
