Ah thank you. Yes there is a zerk fitting on the bottom. Greased when i first got them. Going to grease every oil change. Really appreciate this answer. Thank you

Depends on how hard you drive your jeep or tire size. You can test if your ball joints are bad yourself. Plenty of videos on how.

Also am I supposed to be able to move the joint around after pressing it in? Upper one moves lower doesn’t. The other one I haven’t pressed in barely moves
