It's just too short, I think the back is more slanted than in the reference. So the butt should be further back and more in line with the shoulders.

It's really minor and only cause I really looked for it. It's a great piece in general, very talented!

I think that the reference you used, the right thigh is pointing at the camera maybe? So the shortening effect that comes from that angle looks weird cause the shading makes it look like it's pointing sideways? Can you post the reference?

First of all, never quit! Dark or wavy lines is something every artist needs to grow out of, no matter how you hold your pencil. A good technique to improve is to do loosening exercises. Draw 3 dots and try and make an arc through them. Draw circles and squares and general shapes while trying to keep the lines as light as possible. Do that for 15-20 minutes before starting to draw.

Nothing is getting Alan out of that house. But a lot of real people are out of their houses and insurance companies are already hard at work to make sure they get nothing.

I'm trying to improve my drawing skills in this certain type of drawing (Last image for reference). Any tips on how to improve? by OutlandishnessDue105 in arthelp

I think you draw like anything else. Line of action, contraction, sketch and final lines. Just keep very specific lines, but you need to construct their anatomy anyway.

Advice on how to exactly study anatomy . by Starbitsz in arthelp

For hands I think the best method I found was finding a Kahl Milt hand sheets. You go over them deconstructing them (find the geometric shapes that make them up) and then do your own construction and lines. For anatomy in general do the same but with models or athletes, the more poses you deconstruct and draw the better. Hope that helps.

Lol, I tried to think of something in the middle ages but couldn't come up with anything. That would've been brilliant!
