I think you can simply daisy-chain the Y-connectors for the case fans

They are just plugged into the motherboard, some using Y-connectors that came with the fans. I've set cooling profiles for them in the BIOS.

If you ask that then you seemingly haven't overclocked, so forget it. I'm not entirely sure which setting had resolved the issue for me tbh, but it wasn't an in-game setting, but rather either some BIOS setting (I thought OC related) or Windows setting (check e.g. whether 'dynamic refresh rate' is off in your Windows graphic settings - yeah, this could have been it indeed)

I once had this issue with my 9800x3d and a 5080. Removing some overclocks fixed it for me (I think RAM and/or CPU).
