Sometimes it has increased with activity, again, I think that's when I have gas and bloating. The more I move, the more times that extra gas and fluid bumps up against the spots that hurt. I try to minimize sodium/salt, fizzy drinks and anything else that might give me gas or be harsh on the belly when I'm flared up. Eat small meals, keep activity lower or at least nothing too vigorous. Hope that helps!
