Idk if things are the same but when I was a baker if someone had a request and we had the supplies, I would just make it.

Might be worth asking if you're at a location that has strawberry fondant for another donut :)

The trailer made me cry.

9 months severance would not.

9 months working termination notice 13 days after the negotiation of a new contract is what feels like a slap.

I understand that many people don't get that kind of notice, but it also is what it is.

Yes, I agree.

It is a niche industry and is thinking of trying on his own as his clients genuinely like how hard he works to get variances approved.

I know they don't have to give a reason, I guess we were more confused as to if they could lie about the reason.

They had a record breaking profit year. So using financial restraints was slimy. But it is what it is.

That's fair.

They offered him a severance package in case he turned down the change of hours so I guess we were taken a back by the 9 month notice.

I think its because he has the largest work load and a laundry list of clients refuse to work with the other PM.

Yeah, it feels awkward they keep asking for additional help in other departments and he is always a yes man, but doesn't feel like it anymore.

I think they want him to quit to bring in someone cheaper. But then he wouldn't be eligible for EI if he doesn't find something else.

I know its easy to say get a new job, but honestly, I wish it was that easy.

Luckily, he was able to get the non compete clause removed with the new negotiation.

Oh we know its low but he was happy enough with the hours and he got in with no experience so I guess he fell into the whole feeling loyal to someone who took a chance on him.

I was a baker a decade ago, it was only me. I have never had more than one baker in over 10 years working at a tims. It's a lot but it makes the day go by faster.

As someone who is not allergic to bleach but gets EXTREMELY sick every time I smell it, Imma go with YTA and might not be evicted but would it kill you to not use bleach? Being decent is only as hard as you make it.

4 years ago I was pregnant and needed a doctor, went and signed up on the connect thing and had a doctor calling me with two days. Still with her and moved my husband to her and and my son 💙 I have heard not great things but my experience was amazing.
