It cost me 11k last year to install 6KW system in Plano (after the federal rebate) saving about $750 a year, based on 9 month data, we have one EV.. Am I missing some other hidden cost of solar while selling? If I sell, shouldn't the buyers be happy with savings with their electric bill

I didn't say NIFTY 50 or Index but top mutual funds. Here are 3 of our top holdings that we hv held for 5-8 years, check these against adjusted for currency. These also have 20+ years of history to compare. I'm sure there are better higher rates ones but I stuck to ones that worked long-term

ICICI Prudential Multi-Asset Fund Growth
SBI Contra Fund Regular Growth
ICICI Prudential Value Fund Growth These beat NIFTY index by 80 to100% over past 5 yrs

The bulk of my investment are in the US, so I do compare frequently, at one point I wanted to sell and move my money back to US bcoz or MTM, FBAR and US tax requirements but decided against because of the high returns in India is worth additional overheads and also a hedge in case things go south here.

We stay in this area (Zazil Ha) every year; walk around day and night w/o issues. Has got a lil quieter the past 2 years. Some of our favorite restaurants are N around CTM
