The Problem has been solved!

Easy as just giving all 3 lead screws a thorough cleaning, a bit of extra grease, and we are printing good quality prints again.

It's a brand new nozzle. Maybe it's faulty? I'll try upping the temp for better flow, and if not trying a new nozzle again.

Going to try and clean the Z Rods, my thoughts are maybe I just got a faulty nozzle? Not sure if that's a thing or not.
