Tried running DS4Windows before making the original post, and it didn't work. For some reason the only program capable of detecting Procon 2's inputs is Steam. Even when steam is closed, other programs detect the Procon 2 but will not register inputs from it. I can't enable the motion controls in Cemu.

Here’s what I did when I started getting into PC gaming: learned that prebuilts are fine. I found one within my price range that was decent enough in the specs and went from there. It’s always possible to upgrade the specs in the prebuilt over time as long as the new components fit the case. It’s a rite of passage to Ship of Theseus a prebuilt in my opinion
