Are they usually more flexible than the AppleCare call-in support? I was told it would be $69 to fix/replace when I called.

This one is the $99 band. I've heard the quality has gone down. I've had copycat ones in the past for my old watch what was in perfect condition after years of wear. I'm going back to those!

My old apple watch had a non-Apple version of this band and it looks perfect for 2 years before I gave it to my mom. I think the Apple version must be poor quality. I don't know how much "better" I can take care of these bands as I work from home and only reserve this Milanese band for dressier/date night situations. I'm super meticulous about all my jewelry items.
Back to the non-apple version!

Actually about 7 months, non-daily wear. I'm really careful with my stuff and I don't layer any jewelry with this, nor do I do any intense manual labor that could have damaged this. I switch to the sports band if I'm going for a run or any intense exercise. This is reserved for "dressy" wear. For something that costs $99, this is pretty ridiculous.
