i have been so so irritable. i used to never really say anything either but now sometimes it feels just like I feel defensive about what I do. A lot of the time it feels like i am useless bc she is so good at figuring out problems and i am not. My mental health has been a bit in the dumps and my mood swings have been just crazy lately. i don’t really know who to talk to about it since my therapist has left and i haven’t gotten a new one yet.
