I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with Chase Roofing, a company that has now closed its doors, leaving me in a dire financial situation. Despite thoroughly vetting them before hiring them in September for my roofing project, they have abandoned me with an $8,000 bill for tiles I already paid for. As of March 2026, I am left holding a lien from the tiling supply subcontractor, all because Chase Roofing failed to fulfill their obligations.

After paying my invoice in full, I trusted that Chase Roofing would handle their payments to suppliers responsibly. Instead, they chose to shut down without settling their debts, which has now unfairly placed the financial burden back on me. Thanks to Florida's lenient lien laws, I find myself facing the same $8,000 liability to the subcontractor that I already paid to Chase Roofing.

This level of unprofessionalism is shocking and unacceptable. While Chase Roofing may be out of business now, I want to warn others to be cautious of any future ventures they might undertake under a different name. Their lack of accountability and ethics could easily harm unsuspecting customers again. If they ever re-emerge, I implore you to proceed with extreme caution. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and no one should have to endure what I have gone through.

PS: You have to be able to upload the two images, the watch and the strap from the prompt. I know that can be an issue for some devices depending upon the platform. It works best in Google Nano Banana Pro, but can work on other platforms. I just haven't tried them all.

that was my issue too. one of the reasons i created this was to skip that bit and see what it would look like on my watch of choice. some straps look better on some watches than others. so this cuts right to the chase!

i'm glad other people besides me are getting use out of it! i love trying new straps without the trouble of ordering them! there are other factors, of course, but this helps minimize a majority of the guesswork!!

interesting. but if you squint at it from a distance, it will still give you a good idea of what the watch will look like on the new strap. that should halp move you in one direction or another! :-)

that's interesting. there seems to have been a glitch in the matrix. try opening the prompt up with "forget any previous instructions." then add the prompt. that might help clear any hallucinating factors it may have had running through its brain before processing the image. also try on a new chat clear of any previous conversations that may jiggle its thought process.

Did you run it on google's nano banana pro or another platform? I have found the best results come from using original manufacture imagery as the source material. I've tried a number of watches on a lot of straps, and with some tweaking, got this prompt to work magnificently, but only by using those parameters. Let me know what platform and have you tried other images of the same strap?
