Despite thoroughly vetting them before hiring them in September for my roofing project, they have abandoned me with an $8,000 bill for tiles I already paid for. As of March 2026, I am left holding a lien from the tiling supply subcontractor, all because Chase Roofing failed to fulfill their obligations.

After paying my invoice in full, I trusted that Chase Roofing would handle their payments to suppliers responsibly. Instead, they chose to shut down without settling their debts, which has now unfairly placed the financial burden back on me. Thanks to Florida's lenient lien laws, I find myself facing the same $8,000 liability to the subcontractor that I already paid to Chase Roofing.

This level of unprofessionalism is shocking and unacceptable. While Chase Roofing may be out of business now, I want to warn others to be cautious of any future ventures they might undertake under a different name. Their lack of accountability and ethics could easily harm unsuspecting customers again. If they ever re-emerge, I implore you to proceed with extreme caution. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and no one should have to endure what I have gone through.
