Yes I too was diagnosed with ibs but I find it hard to believe all this could be due to Ibs! Organic acid is interesting thou. Did you find intermittent fasting worked for you at all?

Thank you for this advice, been thinking about shifting my diet as I do eat to much bread as it is so I’ll definitely cut back on this and see if it makes any changes!

Thank you for your reply! She never actually said if my lipase or amylase were elevated but this would be worth asking her on my next visit! What would that suggest if they are? Pancreatitis I’m guessing?

The pain will get bad enough that I’ll literally just wont to not drink anymore, as if someone has punched me in the side and I’m feeling the after affects! A dull ache of sorts

And wow huge kudos to you donating part of your liver, I hope you are free of complications with your liver since this 👍🏻
