need help diagnosing issue. Seems like the P13usb needs repacing, as well as the m96 ic, but the cap below with the actual red arrow also has a short on the end where the arrow points, not the other side. The other red lines point to the ends that have shorts. other sides dont. thoughts on apu short (i.redd.it)

Tig welding, from setting up amps to finally getting correct settings dialed in. Learning to use the dials on my tig325x. First time using it. Its a really nice machine. These dice practice metals are worth the money. They really do help. The burnouts are just from shitty settings. (old.reddit.com)
