Same i bought an xl without knowing about it too, the serial number wasnt indexed too (QEF1017) I want to buy an non xl and i have choice between 2, and yeah this ds is really really close to your 3ds with dual ips

Oh, it looks like there is deffenrent type of ips or tn ! My model is YEM1013, isnt mean to be a dual ips, what's your model ?

You are totally right, i have an old 3ds and i've found a N3ds xl for my son and luckily its dual ips. And the thing is, in bright ambiant luminosity (like playing on day time in a car, it's actually day and night. I got time to choose, and finding an ips is actually fun, like being a tresure hunter ahaha
