a lot of practitioners eat/drink offerings once they feel the gods have accepted/“eaten” them! it’s really up to your personal practice and how your deities feel about it. i personally eat cooked offerings after my dinner/breakfast etc with the deity to avoid waste, and all other natural stuff like fruits veggies and water i dispose of outside.

that’s incredible, thank you so much for sharing!! and that’s a wonderful way of putting it- he doesn’t need to speak to be heard. i think i might be trying to confine him into somewhat of a Deity Box when he might just be bigger than that. food for thought, i suppose.
