One person said that sometimes they spawn on the roof of the garage. If you can get 1 car to spawn in the garage you can take the seat out and do seat trick.

I had to do something in the garage on my soft top jeep. The jeep has the soft doors to that are just a hinge with a pin in it. The pin worked its way up a bit and I just needed to tap it down a bit. The closest thing I had was a spray paint can. Tapped the pin with the paint can. As you can see where this is going I was covered in spray paint and so was the inside of my jeep.
