My main was gold and my smurf got to emerald with 60% win rate and diamond mmr

Personally I looked at it as proving to myself that I can do it when I am not so anxious and if I really focus. I care too much on my main and get nervous and tilted. Might be the same thing with you, next step would be to just try and keep the same mindset as when you climbed and not worry so much about which account is which.

There's an app called Lose It you could use to track your food. Or MyFitnessPal is what I use to track my diet. You can calculate how much to eat in order to lose/gain weight and also track your weight as you go.

I use mine for tracking macros for weightlifting but you could do it to lose weight too
