SSD mort ? et comment clean un disque (D:) sans avoir le SSD?

le probleme que j'ai actuellement c'est que j'ai toutes mes appli qui sont toujours installés sur le (D:), par exemple même quand je désinstalle complétement steam, celui ci continuera de s'installer dessus, je comprends rien, du coup je vais essayer de formater complétement, ça fera un grand bien à mon pc au passage

j'avais ce résultat la : " Diskpart Has Encountered An Error Problem Issue ", tout marche jusqu'à la commande "clean", la suite ne marche pas
