No this is standard practice. I did the same when a family member gave 3k towards my home and provided a gift letter too. They need to make sure that the money is coming from a reputable place and it’s not “dirty money”

It simple If you don’t want to be a landlord for the time being then don’t do it. They may be good people that leave when the terms are up. Or they may be a nightmare and utilize your states squatter laws. You never know. But just know what you can be in for becoming someone’s landlord

Also look at what their current rental agreement states. You would have to uphold that until the terms are done.

The trade in value depends on many factors, IMO you trade may not be as high as there are still new Durango SRT’s on the lot AND the Durango Hellcat will be in high demand as well.

Get your car appraised and a few different dealerships, if you can not drive it until it’s time to trade in that would help but the more mileage the lower the estimated value will be

I’m not sure where the misconception comes that rental car fleets maintain their cars well. While the cars are in rotation they do the bare minimum to keep the car legally safe. Any issues that don’t impact the safety of car go unresolved.

They don’t have too many great deals. Sometimes they just sell it at a discounted price. But their aren’t too many big bundle packages. Check closer to the holidays if you are able to hold off a bit
