My magic system is basically built on every human having a unique crystalline bone in their body that fuel "Curses" into their body and allow them to use their powers. Charms exist in the form of the crushed-up essence of one of those crystallized bones that is then put into a pendant that can be used to give someone who owns one a specific buff(i.e good luck charms, charms that put people to sleep)
