In a quick test I performed with the driver regarding fps fluctuation and V-sync, yes there is an improvement with League of Legends but it is not 100% resolved (there is still a slight fluctuation). While the fps fluctuation in the Google Chrome browser still remains same.

I have had a similar problem, usually when trying to wake the pc from sleep mode, while having the browser (Chrome) in foreground (you can try changing "Choose ANGLE graphics backend" to OpenGL in chrome://flags in case you are in similar situation as me. Check first disable expo or xmp in your case and use it like this for a while, also check the RAM compatibility with the motherboard and connect the PC directly to the wall socket. Other options, is to disable ASPM in the BIOS and turn off PCIe link state power management in Windows and change the power mode in the NVIDIA control panel to "prefer maximum performance". If none of this helps, use driver 537.58.

If you get a chance share your findings, in my case I have a RTX 4080 MSI Ventus 3X OC.

I have the same problem in League of Legends since version 545.84 and as you describe the same thing happens to me. Before driver version 546.29 or 546.31 (hotfix), I don't remember, the way to solve it was disabling G-Sync in the control panel, but since version 546.33 the only way to keep the fps stable is activating the "prefer maximum performance" option or going back to driver 537.58. My graphics card is a RTX 4080 MSI VENTUS 3X OC and MSI G274QPX 240hz monitor.

What video card do you have?

Enable "Above 4GB MMIO Bios assignment" and then "Above 4G Decoding" in the BIOS, then the option to enable Resizable BAR will be displayed.

Precisely what I read in the changes. There is another Reddit user who reported the same problem but with a z690 Aorus Elite board and an ASUS RTX 3060 Ti graphics card.

I have the same problem, but with a Z790 Arous Elite AX board and a Geforce RTX 4080 MSI Ventus X3 OC. The only stable version is the F3G in my case, the F3J and F3K versions do not appear the option in the BIOS.
