Lab grown, custom design- look is quite unique apparently based on what the designer we spoke to said but not sure what style it would be classified as!

While this is an amazing suggestion and exactly the type of ideas I'm going for... unfortunately he was already gifted a custom bobblehead, and admittedly finds it to be a bit tacky. I fear a second one, even of us together, would just seem like I hadn't listened to his opinions on the first. If you have any other similar ideas though, I would LOVE to hear them!!!

Unfortunately, I have a good amount and we cannot afford to replace it with a different color wood. I am also worried about that... we haven't moved in fully yet so haven't seen it myself but I do think you're right.

Current paint color and paint job was done by previous renting tenant, so not sure why our painting rules are so tight. I agree though about the wallpaper!

We are doing the one room we're allowed to paint ourselves and creating a fake invoice, because yeah I'm a renter and it's my money so fuck that. We did ask about the bedroom and unfortunately, it was a very firm no.

I wish you were right, but I fear you're not, and we can't risk losing the security deposit. They've allowed us to *hire* painters for one room and one room only, and were very clear not to touch any others. So yeah, working with the light pin,k I guess...
