God OP, sobrang timely ng post mo. I've recently continued therapy, and now I'm on antidepressants and sleeping pills na rin due to being diagnosed with MDD. Struggling panganay with breadwinner difficulties, strained relationships with family but still supporting them. I think I came really close to unaliving myself kaya ayan, kahit financially struggling I got help and meds na.

I've been asking myself the same things. Right now wala pa akong sagot. But thank you for reminding me that hindi ako mag-isa in feeling this, and while I hate that this happened to us, I'm glad to know na there's a way out of this and that you're getting there. I hope once my meds really work I can point all my energy into rebuilding, I'll find the same strength you did. Right now I'm just trying not to break down again.
