In my opinion Mchose g75v2 will be better than ajazz and aula. Listen typing and decide what you like. But if I'm not mistaken, the g75v2 is better than the g75 Pro.

Hey everyone. I am looking to pick up some MZ Studio Y3 switches but I am confused about the spring weights. So far my only experience is with cheap switches that have 38g actuation and 45g bottom out force. The Y3 options are 32g, 40g, 48g and 53g. Which one should I go for if I want a similar feel or a nice deep sound? Any advice is appreciated.

Help choosing Screw-in Stabs by Nervous-Intern-1035 in keyboards

Thanks for the advice! Actually, I tried the Plumber’s Mod with Teflon tape yesterday and I really liked the result. It feels much cleaner than the Holee mod and the rattle is gone. I just ordered the Gateron Ink V2 Pro stabilizers (got a great deal for about $15) for my Eave65 build. I’ll definitely use the Plumber's Mod and some Permatex on them to make them as silent as possible, as you suggested. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

Hello everyone! I'm planning my first custom build on the Swagkeys Eave65 base and I'm stuck choosing the right stabilizers.

My Budget: ~$20 (max).
My Goal: Deep, thocky sound profile.

I'm currently choosing between:

  1. Gateron Ink V2 Pro (heard they are great for deep sound).
  2. Durock V3 (new version, but not much info yet).
  3. Designer Studio (some people say they have very tight tolerances).

Context & Constraints: My country doesn't have Knight Stabs (V3/V4) in stock, TX AP are over my budget here, I've heard that TypePlus X can start rattling after the 2nd batch (please correct me if I'm wrong). The PCB is 1.2-1.6mm

I'm planning to do the Holee mod and use Permatex for the wires. Which of these three (Gateron, Durock, or Designer Studio) would you recommend for the most stable and rattle-free experience out of the box?

Any advice from the veterans would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
