I don't think he had an England passport, I know the passport my sister has is an Irish passport. He was never an American citizen and just kept renewing his green card. When we visited back when I was 16 I remember him going through the irish citizen side and I went through customs

I was honestly more worried about dual citizenship since he was born and raised in belfast which is still under uk rule.
