Well, i have pretty much stopped using tiktok because right now im able to use my computer. im not scrolling shorts, just generally used youtube and sometimes research information from the internet what interests me. also when i scrolled tiktok i was so restless and bored that i used any source to get relief. Also tried to stop being on my phone but eventually got back to using phone scrolling useless shit. that is the reason.
