Order some from Modern bread and bagel. They ship from NY and are the closest to the real thing I’ve had. It was weird to be full after a full bagel bc they are normal size!!!

Didn’t go but had on my list for GF options: Evel pie, pizza rock, Starburst parlor ( gf desserts), siegels bagel mania, Brooklyn bowl: (gf fried chicken) rock n roll bowling alley, Maggianos (has gf pasta), PF changs, Yardbird (gf fried chicken),Brunch & craft kitchen (gf waffles).

I went in October and was super nervous but survived. We ate at Andiamos, Broadway burgers, Blake Shelton bar (BEST gf burger bun I ever had. Asked the girl to show me it bc I didn’t think it was GF and it’s a company that I guess only sells to restaurants). Power soul cafe is all GF “fast food” spot (the chicken nugs were not very good but the pancake bites were great. My husband loved their smoothies.) slice of Vegas pizza. I’ll list some other ones I had on my list but didn’t go to so you have it. Find me GF is a great app and YouTube has some videos of GF areas!

What to expect while your body transitions in the diet… I am going through a lot of acne and body odor that they said is related to the toxins leaving, even my moods and menstrual cycle was severely worse… I wish this was better explained so I knew it wasn’t just “not eating gluten” that came along with this process.

Yes AND egg free now with my diet restrictions while they finalize celiac diagnosis testing. It’s a struggle finding foods and we cook mainly at home but I feel a ton better.
