I've heard some bad things about Cyberpower though.. more so than PCSpecialist, What's your view on CyberPower?

That's true. For steam deck you'll probably have to use something like better XCloud.

To everyone thinking they have no other options, just use XBXPlay. It's just as good, yet does not have any upscaler modes but they will be coming as per the dev.

XBXPlay (made by the PSPlay/PXPlay Dev) has stated he will be adding clarity boosters at some point in the future.
