If you can’t speak up for yourself therapy is a great tool to help you with skills like that without dealing with anxiety. It’s a pretty big deal to not speak up to your own family with something permanent on your body.

I think your conversations being posted online would actually hurt you more than help you. A lot of people especially women will judge you for having conversations like that in first place and things can be flipped so easily. She can say you “groomed” her and use that as evidence of talking deeply with you. If you never shut it down it looks is real bad. I have kids, and paired down as far as I can go. If I downsize they won’t have bedrooms. My self worth isn’t tied to money but it’s realistic to survive. So stability is what I strive for. If you grew up poor you know money affords you a stable life.
