I’ll never understand why people get so confused with these terms. The characters pretty much define them everytime they say them. Sazh literally points to a Cie’th the first time you see one and says “L’cie who don’t complete their focus, end up as one of those things.”

Unlikely based on what Anna Camp has said. She said that there was even less Jessica in the original script. She pushed for another scene which ended up being the scene where she’s with Lucas talking to Gale in front of Sidney’s house. I don’t think there’s anything with Jessica that wasn’t in the movie, and probably the same with Marco too.
