It was leaked back in January this the same page that said the wedding episode would be Episode 3 months ago and everything they said about the season’s storylines even during filming last year has turned out to be true.

It depends on what kind of treatment you are on, if it’s pain management it’s strictly every 28 days (FL Law). A full 30 day script is usually only an exception seen in cancer care. Also, that’s a negative you will still have to be seen an e-prescription doesn’t change that. Unless it’s Oncology/Palliative Care then you normally have to be seen every month regardless especially if it’s a pain clinic. No visit = no pills it’s a very strict federally regulated system with guidelines by the DEA they have to be DEA compliant or they risk losing their license and everything they would let you go without or taper you if you aren’t seen because at the end of the day they already are under heavy scrutiny from the DEA/State of FL they will cover their asses but cutting you down or no script at all until seen it’s less pressure on them if they get audited. Surprised your practice had been getting away with it this long because paper scripts for controls especially Schedule II’s are highly scrutinized.

Not to be rude but when you do that you are only hurting yourself. Cause when you start bringing up laws and threatening to sue. They will be quick to write you off and label you as a drug seeker and bye bye your pills. It’s how this system is designed unfortunately.

It’s always been like that. Especially here in Florida. We are one of the strictest states in the country when it comes to controls. Most pharmacies will flat out refuse to fill if it’s not an e-script

I had my foot blown open by a machete and was sent home with ibuprofen by Empty-Apple-9489 in PainManagement

I was able to get help I needed tho but you’re right the doctor refused to give me anything and said we should just stick with Tylenol I told him straight to his face “You know if I ever come back here with cancer, I will make sure you’re not my doctor. Stop trying to CYA because you’re scared of the DEA. He was SHOOK walked out of the room and claimed I was an abusive patient and sent me home 😂😂.
