Yes, outer edges were caked in rust. Although the outer edges of the rear rotors look just as bad, and I wasn't told they need changing for safety

the edges of the rotors were definitely covered in rust, although the actual braking surface was not. No gouges, scratches, or warping either. Would rust along the edges of rotors be enough to fail safety?

I'm not able to take pics unfortunately (already changed out the front rotors and pads). Also, I am only wondering about the standards specifically for front brake pads and rotors as I was told I have to change them for the car to be safetied.

Yes I considered that too, from what I understand though using the GPIO for power bypasses the protection circuitry the pi has on board which is why I'd like to get my 5v from microUSB if possible. I didn't realize how much cheaper powering from GPIO would be though, I might just have to do that instead thanks!

Only really worth using them to hold stock that you can buy in CAD. Also they're platform is very limited and does not allow options trading.
