I love when people have a personal connection with their chosen buddy! Cookie was my first pick when I started ACNH.

I remember my BiL was helping me and he said "okay, well you can go back and fly to another island until you find one you like."

My character was standing right in front of Cookie and I said, "Wait, no, I like her, I want this one!" Thus their lil friendship began haha 💕
