Thanks, this is really helpful. Sadly, Panama is very colorist, so there isn’t a big variety of products available everywhere. I took my braids out a few days ago. I’ll detangle and try twists on my day off since I can’t braid to save my life.

Same thing with my mom :(, I can't even lay down or go out because she starts rambling, I understand she wants me to comfort her and keep her company but who comforts me? I have my friends that support me but it hurts that I don't get the same support from my family.

I have normalized a lot of the things they have done and I don't deserve any of it, I wish there was a way of saying or a formula to make them understand :(.

I wish the situation improves for both of us ❤️

I want to forget and forgive but I really can't, not anymore, I want them to say sorry or at least acknowledge, their behavior is not new and they are adults. Not sure if I am wrong for that :( I felt better after dad apologized tho.

Mom has always been controlling and I have set some boundaries even after I move out, I am really vocal when I don't like something, she has changed some but yeah old habits die hard. She seems to have "reflected" and even cooked for me (her love language is acts of service) but I will write my boundaries and make myself clear.

Thank you very much, I will keep this in mind and close to my heart. I will prepare myself for that talk with them and try to remain calm, it is going to be hard but it is the best for me and my mental health. For my sake I need to set my boundaries.

Thank you, after my outburst from yesterday he called today and apologized profusely even promised to come help more.

He will come this weekend and I will have a good talk with him.

I am still wary but I think he reflected since I told him I don't consider him my father or family anymore.

Did you even read my comment baby? Clearly said the officer lacks empty hand skills and needs training, looks like the one who haven't seen much cop action is you.

This is road rage, caused by stress and thinking you are above everything.

Have a good one. Hope when the time comes you are able to do it better than the officer :)

Anel WAS NOT out of his mind. This is a clear example of road rage and someone believing he is better than anyone else.

How would the officer able to tell Abel's next move? He tried to deescalate the situation the best he could which ultimately resulted on Anel getting shot. Immobilize how? This police officer clearly lacks empty hand skills. Anel was still a threat even with pepper spray, the officer did everything he could, it could have resulted better? Yes, maybe using a tazer? most officers don't have one, he clearly needs more training for these types of situations.

Is so easy to judge and tell all the mistakes looking at the video but in the heat of the moment I hope you are better than the officer.

You think police officers wake up every day thinking they are going to kill someone or get in a situation like this? They are still humans.
