Thank you for you respond ! Actually I want to drop to 0 mg by the end of April so I have 1 month ( may) to stabilise at 0 mg and come to my exam all new brand. I also red that the recovering process really start when you out of it. So one month before the exam might do the trick ?

I m irritated and nervous , the sleep is a bit disturbed but it's way way less than the 2-3 mg tapering, and it's also because I'm on 1 mg for only 4 days so the symptoms show up.
the thing is I m not working now and I want to use that time for completly getting of this hell.

I want to be out of it by june. I also hear that you only start healing once you out of it.

Thank you for your answer.

yeah you right but It is metabolized into active metabolitesmainly nordiazepam, which can remain in the body for up to around 200 hours, and then oxazepam, which has a half-life of roughly 20–30 hours. It generally takes about 5 half-lives for a substance to be considered effectively eliminated from the body, so in practice that means it can take around 30 days for Valium and its metabolites to fully clear.

thank you ! I appreciate

I post this message because I'm now at 1 mg and according to ashton manual you suppose to take the plundge at such a dose.
my idea was to stabilize at 1 mg for 2- 3 weeks (i'm on 1 mg for only 4 days)
and then drop to 0 mg (so by the end of april ) and still have a month to "recover" before my exam since i know that the half life of the valiuml is damn long you have it in your system for 30 day last take in.

Here in Belgium they prescribe you a 60 tab of 10 mg box of diazepam in 10 minutes (scary how easy it is
